Project context

The client is facing challenges in accurately calculating their commercial plans due to the absence of a dedicated tool to support planning and commercial computations. They are seeking a unified, single-source solution that enables efficient planning and delivers reliable commercial calculations.

What was Problems

The organization was using a manual process to create project cost estimates and client proposals. Teams depended on spreadsheets, emails, and multiple disconnected tools, which made the process slow and prone to errors.

Business goals

Provide a single, unified platform for deal creation, pricing, and approval used across all core departments.


How it has started

It all started with first direct discussions with the PM and BA to understand the project goals, timelines, and target users.


Understanding

Conducted one‑on‑one meetings with prime stakeholders to understand current workflows, tools, and bottlenecks.
